Wayne Gore is the President, CEO and founder of CaseGuard. With a formal background in law, finance, and management combined with a long career in re-defining corporate business models, Wayne now focuses on driving the company's growth and identifying the next generation of CaseGuard innovations. With legal experience (Wachtell Lipton | Debevoise & Plimpton) tracing its roots back to early summer associate days, Wayne's philosophy is that great litigation management software reflects a strong grasp of the underlying legal issues and actual attorney workflow.
Prior to founding CaseGuard, Wayne held leadership roles in global consulting organizations (Corporate Executive Board | McKinsey & Co.) and venture capital (Prosedium Ventures). He also led professional and information services businesses serving senior Global 2000 and public sector clients in areas of strategy, performance management, risk, compliance, and technology.
Wayne received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and graduate from Columbia University Schools of Law and Business.
As the CTO, Bruce is responsible for all of CaseGuard's development and implementation services worldwide. Bruce spends much of his time working to deliver the quality that our customers demand. Whether working with our customers, business partners, or technical teams, Bruce keeps everyone focused towards the end game: building rich, intuitive, and powerful software that empowers legal teams.
Bruce has over 30 years of experience leading IT service delivery in medium and large global businesses. Prior to joining CaseGuard, Bruce's work experience includes over 17 years with IBM managing application development, third party package implementation, and consulting projects for services business development. Bruce has founded consultancies targeting IT project and portfolio management and has broad industry experience including health information, IT, professional services, telecommunications, and media.
Bruce received his BSE from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Boston University. He holds certifications in ITIL and project management.
With a long career developing "voice of the customer" into smart, intuitive and affordable products, Michael leads the client services efforts at CaseGuard. Michael's focus is on delivering exceptional customer service and offering products that help eliminate risk for CaseGuard's ever growing clientele. Michael is responsible for assessing customer feedback while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. His passion is to help each CaseGuard customer achieve its litigation management and ediscovery objectives with outstanding service.
Prior to joining CaseGuard, Michael held a senior leadership role building and managing the successful Middle Market business unit serving 3,000+ C-Level client's and their teams at a global best practices company (Corporate Executive Board). In that capacity spent several years engaging with General Counsels, CIO's, HR, Strategy and other senior executives from Global 3000 organizations. Michael holds a rich background leading teams and has a relentless drive to build world-class services.
Michael received his bachelors in Business Management and Management Information Services from Binghamton University.
